All bicycles on the Elsah campus need to be registered within one (1) week of the first time the bicycle is brought on campus. An additional $10 fee will be charged for the In Residence option.
In Residence option allows you to store your bike inside your house or apartment. This option requires signatures from your roommate(s) and Resident Counselor. Registration for an In Residence option must be done in person at the Campus Security office. To register for this option, please pick up the form up at the Campus Security Office and obtain the signatures of your Resident Counselor and roomate(s).
As a recipient of this decal, I understand that:
1. Only bikes with an In Residence contract may be stored inside of my apartment or dorm room.
2. I understand that if I leave for an academic break and choose not to take my bike with me, it is my responsibility to store the bike in a designated storage area. Negligence on my part to do so may result in a $10.00 impound fee and impoundment of my bike.
